What we are doing to keep you safe
Keeping you safe and healthy is our number one priority. That's why we're introducing new cleaning procedures and social distancing measures, which have been guided by the experts at UK Active, the UK government and Public Health England, Wales and Scotland.
Cleanliness - Clients will be encouraged to sanitise their hands upon entering and additional hand sanitiser units have been positioned at key areas across the centre.
Cleaning and disinfecting - We'll be sanitising gym equipment throughout the day and cleaning the entire centre every night.
Social distancing - You'll see new social distancing signs around the centre, including one-way systems where possible. We're also limiting the number of clients in each area.
Changes to classes - We're running smaller classes to keep everyone safe and the classes will be shorter than usual (45 mins) to make sure we have enough time to clean the studios. We're only running certain classes to ensure social distancing – be sure to check our up to date timetable.
How you can keep yourself and others safe
To keep our centre as safe and clean as possible, we need your help too.
We ask that you follow a few simple rules when you visit.
Before coming to the centre
Stay home if you're unwell. Please don't come to the centre if you feel sick or have COVID-19 symptoms.
Please come in your workout gear. We advise against wearing face masks as these can hinder your breathing while exercising. Gloves also are not recommended as they can't easily be cleaned please use the hand sanitiser provided instead.
Travel light, please only bring with you what you need to workout e.g. drink & a towel.
While you're at the centre
Use hand sanitising stations. You'll find these at the top of the stairs and throughout the centre.
Check-in at the desk & fill in your name & phone number on the covid contact form.
Try to arrive no more than 5 minutes early and follow the social distancing rules while you're waiting for the class.
When it's over, please leave the studio as quickly as possible.
Follow the social distancing signs. Keep to the one-way system and try to stay at least 2 metres from others as much as possible.
Clean your equipment and mats. You can do this before and after use with the sprays readily available around the centre.
If you're not ready to come back just yet
Whenever you're ready, we'll be here to make your return as straight forward as possible.
